6. Order Cancellations and Return Policy
You have the right to cancel your order and return products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, contact us using the details provided. You will receive a full refund, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
No restocking or handling fees will apply to statutory returns. Deductions may apply for diminished value if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
For returns outside the statutory period, a handling or restocking fee may apply as detailed in our returns policy. These fees will be clearly communicated prior to processing your return. If correct parts have been supplied, items can be returned under statutory rights, but a restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted for discretionary returns only.

10. Limited Product Warranty
Our wheels are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is provided directly by Velara Forged, not the manufacturer. The warranty covers manufacturer defects but does not include damage caused by use, improper handling, or use of wheel spacers. Use of spacers will invalidate the warranty.
This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under UK law, regardless of the terms of this warranty.
11. Promotional Vouchers
Promotional vouchers issued free of charge can only be redeemed in our online shop during the specified period and only by consumers. Only one voucher per order. Vouchers must be redeemed before completing the order process. No cash alternative is available. If the value of the voucher does not cover the order, other payment methods may be used for the balance. The voucher is transferable, but refunds are not given for returned goods paid for with a voucher.
12. Applicable Law
The law of England and Wales applies to all legal relationships between the parties, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
